Your personal details, overwritten
Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo are overwritten rather than moved or flagged. The values are gone, not archived, and nobody at Quotograph can read them back afterwards.

Delete your Quoto Build account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. It is permanent and it takes effect immediately. This page walks through the four steps, names exactly what is destroyed, and is honest about the one thing that is kept and why.

Four steps, and it is done
Settings, then Password, then Delete my account. That is the whole route, and it is the same on phone, tablet, and desktop.

Sign in to Quoto Build
Open Quoto Build in the app, or go to build.quotograph.io in a browser, and sign in with the account you want to delete. Deletion is self-service, so you do not have to ask us to do it for you.

Open Settings, then Password
The Delete my account panel sits at the bottom of the Password section, next to where you would change your password.

Confirm it is really you
Enter your password. If your account signs in with Google it has no password, so you type DELETE MY ACCOUNT instead. Either way, we re-verify you at the moment of deletion rather than trusting the open session.

Read the warning, then confirm
A final dialog spells out exactly what is about to be removed. Confirm it and the deletion happens immediately. There is no grace period and no undo, so nothing is sitting in a queue you could call us to stop.
This cannot be undone. Support cannot restore a deleted account, recover its data, or reverse the deletion after the fact. If you want to keep anything, export it before you delete.
What Gets Deleted
Removed immediately, and irreversibly
Deletion is not a hidden flag on a row we keep. These are destroyed at the moment you confirm.
Your sign-in credentials
The identity behind your login is deleted at the authentication provider, so those credentials can never sign in again. If we cannot confirm that step, the whole deletion is rolled back rather than leaving a live login attached to a deleted account.
Every signed-in device
All session tokens are destroyed, so every phone, tablet, and desktop that was signed in as you is signed out at once.
A workspace only you were in
If you own a workspace with no other members, that workspace is deleted with everything in it: reports, forms, projects, workers, and uploaded files.
Your membership of other workspaces
Your seat in every other company’s workspace is removed, along with your background jobs and referral records. You disappear from their team list.
What Is Kept, And Why
The parts we will not pretend disappear
A deletion page that claims every trace is gone is either lying or has quietly corrupted an employer's safety file. Here is the honest version.
Safety records you authored in an employer’s workspace
Inspection reports, incident records, signatures, and acknowledgements you created inside another company’s workspace stay with that company. They are that employer’s legally required safety records, kept for their COR and ISN audit trail, and they are not ours to destroy on request. What is removed is the identifying link: the attribution no longer names you, your email, or your phone number.
A workspace other people are still in
If you are the only owner of a workspace that still has active members, deletion is refused and we name the workspace. Destroying it would take other people’s records with it. Transfer ownership, or remove the other members, then delete your account. It will go through as soon as you are the only one left.
An unidentifiable tombstone row
One stripped record remains so the employer’s reports stay internally consistent instead of pointing at nobody. It carries no name, no email, no phone number, and no way back to you. It exists to mark that the account was deleted.
Billing already paid
Deleting the account does not refund an active subscription. If you need a refund, cancel billing and talk to us first, then delete.
